The class is a 55-minute class, but the workout portion usually takes around 40 minutes since we spend time warming up, cooling down and learning the exercises in each station of the boot camp. Late this morning, I headed to the gym to take my favorite boot camp class. Once you finish all 5 exercises, rest for one minute. I have a pretty intense workout to share with you guys today! Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, taking 10 seconds to transition between the movements. ![]()
